2024 Recreational Floor & Bars Clinic: Butterfly/Ladybugs/Beginners Students
This clinic is reserved for current Beginner/Ladybugs/Butterfly students. Students not part of the current Springs Gymnastics rec program will need special permission to participate.
The purpose of this clinic is to allow students the opportunity outside of regular scheduled class to enhance and perfect their bar and floor skills.
Each Session Time: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
There is a limit of 10 athletes per session. Spots will fill up quickly!
No refunds/credits will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours unless it is an emergency.
In this session, students will work on perfecting the following skills necessary to qualify to move-up into the next level. During the clinic the coaches will focus on implementing drills to improve proper form and execution.
Floor:
Bridge and Bridge Kickovers (no spot)
Cartwheels
Backbends (no spot)
Dance elements (Leaps, jumps, turns, and chasse)
Bars:
Pull-overs
Casts
Strength and conditioning
