2024 Summer Recreational Floor & Bars Clinic: Fireflies/Inter/Advance
This clinic is reserved for current Springs Gymnastics students. Students not part of the current Springs Gymnastics rec program will need special permission to participate.
The purpose of this clinic is to allow students the opportunity outside of regular scheduled class to enhance and perfect their bar skills and prepare them for their next move-up evaluations.
Each Session Time: 1:00pm - 2:30pm
There is a limit of 10 athletes per session.
No refunds/credits will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours unless it is an emergency.
In this session, students will work on perfecting the following skills necessary to qualify to move-up into Advance or Team Try-outs in the Spring. During the clinic the coaches will focus on implementing drills to improve proper form and execution.
Floor:
Bridge Kickovers (no spot)
Back Walkovers (no spot)
Dance elements (Split Jumps, half and full turns, and chasse step leaps)
Bars:
Pull-overs (no spot)
Casts
Back Hip Circle (no spot)
